Saying goodbye is always the hardest. For fans of the New York Islanders, it was a hard series against the Washington Capitals and one that saw the team play their final game at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Fortunately, I was able to catch one game this season at the Coliseum and here’s my look at the old barn and reactions from some of those who called it home.
