Dmitry Kulikov’s low hit on Tyler Seguin won’t be forgotten by Dallas Stars fans anytime soon. And it shouldn’t be. After all, the hit was low enough to take out Seguin’s knees.

But the hit and the eventual suspension of the Panthers’ d-man raises the age-old question of just how punitive the league should get with these types of plays. That’s the discussion in this edition of THW’s Tape2Tape.
